“Ele pediu desculpas e disse a verdade, então acabou. Eu sinto falta disso no rock”. E Noel a separou. Não foi profissional. Eu fiquei irritado, porque era a minha vida”, afirma. “Se as coisas poderiam ser diferentes? Quem sabe, man, quem sabe. Há ainda as bandas pós-punk revival Interpol e White Lies, a indie canadense Broken Social Scene, as pops Goldfrapp e Peter Bjorn and John e o produtor eletrônico Toro Y Moi. Os ingressos já estão esgotados e, segundo a assessoria de imprensa do evento, não haverá novo lote. oasisnews.com.br/?p=257If someone could translate this, that would be great. I'm too lazy and not confident enough in my Spanish to do it.

Anyways, until someone fully translates it, I'm pretty these are the main points:
-Liam confirms that he has dropped the suit against Noel, mainly because of Noel's apology and because his mother asked him to drop it.
-Liam also confirms that the tweet was suppose to say "DILDO", not "DIDO".
-And that he misses singing Oasis songs.
So it looks like the pending court stuff could just be loose ends. The interview is from Folha de S. Paulo, which is basically a Brazilian newspaper in Sao Paulo.
Oh, and thanks to Alisson of Oasisnews for finding the interview.

August 29th, 2011 § 0 comments
Musician who plays in SP in November, says he wants to turn his new band Beady Eye, the world's largest
"I was upset when the Oasis just because it was my life. But overcome with Beady Eye ", says Liam
CAROL NOGUEIRA, SHEET OF SAO PAULO
Two years after the Oasis, the ex-frontman Liam Gallagher says he is more mature and have "grown a lot." The loudmouth and bully who made her name in the 1990s, when his band was the largest in the world, and his sense of humor are still there. But there is an unusual calm.
"I do not miss the fighting, but, yes, music. I love singing Oasis. But I'd rather not have to fight more ... "he told the Folha by phone last Thursday.
A day earlier, Liam gave to sue his brother, whom he accused of lying about what happened at the festival in 2009 English V.
That year, Liam canceled the show that Oasis would do in the event citing laryngitis. However, Noel said that his brother was hung over.
Last week, confirmed the version of Noel and Liam's brother apologized. Liam says that was enough to drop the lawsuit. That and a request of his mother, Peggy.
"He apologized and told the truth, then ended. I do not mistake my fans. I'm not a farce, "says Liam. But then, what happened on the fateful day of V? "Well, you know, man (man)," Liam said, stressing the accents of Manchester. "Someone was lying."
"I've sung hung over and drunk, but I can not sing if you can not talk," says Liam, who was elected in 2010 the best singer of all time by the magazine "Q".
FUTURE This year, Liam released the album "Different Gear, Still Speeding", the debut Beady Eye, formed by former members of Oasis, which won critical acclaim in the UK. It is with this band he plays in the festival Planet Earth.
"The only difference is that we do not play songs from Oasis. It would be a bit schizophrenic and unhealthy, "he says.
"I thought the Oasis the best band in the world and I think that is also Beady Eye. But it will take for people to digest, "he concludes.
Noel, on the other hand, preferred the solo career and launches in October, "High Flying Bird," but the first single, "The Death of You and Me," has become a laughingstock for Liam.
On the day of launch, compared with Liam the singer Dido on Twitter. "Actually, I wanted to write 'dildo' (vibration), but typed wrong," laughs, amused by the stupid things he says.
"He also says things about me. These things are harmless fun, you know? I miss that rock. "
Barney Fights Liam and Noel have always been as successful as his music. Unlike the Oasis hit "Wonderwall" (wonderwall, in literal translation), the relationship was more like a "wailing wall".
"People think I like arguing with Noel. But I'm not one of those people on top of which you can pass and bragging, "he says.
"I was upset when the Oasis is over because it was my band that I loved, lived and breathed. And Claus separated. It was not professional. I was angry, because it was my life, "he says.
"If things could be different? Who knows, man, who knows. I grew up a little with the end of the band. The question is whether matured Claus. "
Without tickets, Earth has good attractions
In addition to the Beady Eye, Planet Earth Festival, which takes place on 5 November in Sao Paulo, the amusement park Playcenter, has other good attractions.
Highlight for The Strokes, a band that sparked the revival of garage rock in 2000 and gave visibility to bands like White Stripes and The Hives and making his second show in Brazil.
Then there are the post-punk revival band Interpol, White Lies, the Canadian indie Broken Social Scene, Goldfrapp and the pop Peter Bjorn and John and Toro y Moi electronic producer.
