we will have to wait till next month cus the interwiew will be feeatured on the next issue of the magazine. Two things were said so far: 'Oasis was like the United Nations, everybody had a vote, but i was the USA'. And that he is going to play in Mexico in early 2012. Guess that means either a US tour or a latinamerican one, i think i will be the first one.

The two songs were songs that he did not hear at the listening party. And he said that he really liked them. And apparently two of the song he played, Noel said would have been on the new Oasis album. Hopefully we can find out the two songs that he played. Hope you and your find find out some interesting info, or that you get to meet Noel. |

I guess it's safe to assume that if he did indeed play 2 songs that weren't played at the listening party, that one would be Stop The Clocks. |

But it is nice to hear that 8/10 tracks from the album have received a good reception. That's really good for us fans.
Hopefully this isn't a case where it sounds good live, but doesn't exactly come off well on the album. I have a feeling that's not the case because there are so many things that Noel might not be able to recreate live. Such as the atmospheric sound of the album that Jeff described.
Either way, the good feelings that I'm starting to feel for this album are really starting to build up. I think we're all in for a treat in October.

Noel didnt play at the showcase, apparently he stood them up, or maybe he wasnt even going to attend. The other tweet related to him says that the president of island def jam told them that Noels album release date is novemberr 8, which we already knew.
the exact translation of the other tweet is: 'i listened 2 more songs that i havent listened before and i gotta say i like the album. -This would have been the new oasis record- , he (Noel) told me today' .
I think there was another listening party at the showcase, and ive got a hunch the good rebel may be one of the 2 songs he listened to.

It also means that one of Broken Arrow, Stranded on the wrong Beach, and SB&JF were intended for Oasis.
And also that other than RM none of the first 6 had been intended for Oasis.
Noel has said that 3 of the 10 tunes on his album were intended for Oasis' next album.
