Spoke to my friend bookie(dj at the edge and massive oasis/noel fan) via email briefly, he was also at the listening party in new york. He said the songs are all Great and his favorite is "Dream On". He also mentioned that he spoke to Noel today and will be airing the interview soon and he also said the 1st NA single will be aired on tuesday he thinks. So my guess is by tues or wednesday we will hear it. Cheers to Dave bookman aka bookie. He's awesome.

Hey as far as I'm concerned any information is appreciated.
Check out Bookies blog on edge.ca. It seems every few posts are about oasis. His lastest was the article on Liam sueing Noel then saying he wishes they could just.....(then posts a link to Acquiesce (White room version))

Think they'll announce on the weekend?
I would have thought they'd announce first thing Monday morning. It's not like anyone needs a great deal of notice for initial AirPlay. Just over 24 hrs would probably be enough.

Just over 24 hrs would probably be enough. I would agree. The only people who actually need to know ahead of time what time or when the premiere is, are hardcore Oasis fans. And if you're hardcore fan, then chances are you'll hear about it rather quickly and won't need 4-5 days to get the news. Monday makes the most sense. |

Nice one SOULDIGGER, interesting about him saying his fave track was dream on, the one thing i have been noticing in the last few days is how varied the listeners favourite tracks have been, this for me is a great indication of how potentially amazing the album is going to be, i would be more worried if there was just one song that everyone kept going on about but it seems like there are some belters on there.
