So he wasn't there, but we at least know XCREMENT's "inside" source - a photo on MTV.com.
This would actually appear to be very similar to the Milwaukee situation. He sees something on a website, posts it on here like it's gospel and he's the best for gracing us with his amazing "inside" info, and then it turns out to not even be true.

The only probably that I have with him is him touting his source as an "inside source". |

erm not sure why some bashing has started, he started the thread before the event, i doubt those cards have been sat on chairs for days

It is a very similar situation, only a more high profile source. The Milwaukee thing was posted on a venue website. You could argue they would have no reason to lie about NG playing there. Of all the acts, why pick him? It's the way that he shares his info. Instead of telling us how he knows or saying "he has a place card with his photo on it in the seats, here's a link to the photo", he just says "that is all" as if he's the all-knowing inside source of NG information. Not till he gets blasted for being a douche and a liar does he finally share any shred of info. It is Milwaukee Part 2. Stating something as fact that turns out to be false. |

Hi, I'm the person that found the photo but I'm not XTRMNTRSCREAM, I don't even know him. I found the photo last night when I was looking information about Noel in the VMA. So many flat peaks, so little talent. Watching these people celebrate themselves just makes me cringe. Good find on Noel's seat though, obviously he's got strings in the US as well, maybe a bit of help from Simon Cowell? Hard to tell from that photo but the reservation a few seats down looks an incy bit like Cowell no? Considering that Noel is close mates with the husband of one of the biggest "MTV" type of stars, its fairly obvious if he needed to pull strings in the first place. In likelihood, MTV knew he was in town and invited him themselves. Simon fucking Cowell??? How and why did you come up with that one. |

Presumably Noel is big enough star with enough credibility and connections that his label could wrangled a ticket for him to sit in an audience with very little effort even in America. Probably not enough to wrangle him a nomination:)...but to fill a seat? Sure.
I agree. Why would anyone think that Simon Cowell had anything to do with it? Russell, the good friend that has hosted this show twice and is married to a massive American music star, would surely have been the more logical theory if you are sure he needed to pull strings.

I was a little surprised at his proximity to people like Britney and Beyonce. I'd have expected him to be back a bit further...somewhere darker where the american public would never see him, you know...just in case he went all Oasis and started spitting on people.
