Guess that's what years of Obama does to you! [N.B. Obama has dipped as low as 38% in Gallup this week]

I mean, this is a massive long shot HOWEVER, considering he was in NYC last night, this impending hurricane Irene is set to batter the entire East Coast, I somehow doubt Noel will be making his way back to merry ol' England now. It wouldn't shock me. If he's in town and expressed an interest he could probably wrangle a ticket with very little trouble.
Also, if Katy Perry and Russell are going he could be going to have a night out with them. Noel loves a party and I doubt he sees enough of Russell anymore.

I have a hard time believing that Noel would be there. I don't think he can stand all that
pop-music-celebrity-fakeness. He's in a room of Gagas and all that other shit.
It would make his head explode, unless he's biting his tongue to get album sales in the US.
But there's also a good chance he'll go if Katy Perry and Russell are there too.

He must be on his way back to England and the VMA's are airing tomorrow. |
