well first of all, the single doesnt come out until the 21st, so that wouldnt be up anyway, and second of all the album doesnt come out until November in the US, so thats still 2 and a half months away, so it probably wont be up for a while for at least a pre-order.

Well, other countries have it. It's weird. Hopefully other carriers like Amazon will have it for the US market once it starts getting promoted over here.

There had already been talk from the US DJ's that this wasn't a single for the US. I think it was Bookie or whatever his name is. Something about them still having to wait for a proper single.

Yea, its rumored the US are getting a completely different single. I wouldnt bet on it being "properly" released though. Probably a radio single, which means no early purchase. Its very very rare that two countries would have two different singles at retail (retail includes iTunes etc).
Its not on US itunes likely because of rights issues. It will get up there eventually. Still a while to go before release and you're not missing anything since TDOYAM is not going to be released as a single here.
Bookie's Canadian btw.

But they don't have the album put up either. It's been weeks since the album appeared on other iTunes around the world.

Well, hopefully IIHAG gets a proper release here, but it's odd the first single doesn't even bother to get promoted/sold over here.

There's not much on the internet that gives an official explanation. Everything is just assumption. Just put it up already, I'm sick of going to his website to listen to it as a low quality streaming song (and don't really like pirating movies or music from other websites.)

Maybe when they put his first single out over here?
He's on a decent record label on this side of the pond. And subsidiary of Island/Def Jam.

All I know is that it's Usher and Justin Beibers label. Haha
His actual label is Mercury though.
