Yeah, when you sell 9 albums compared to the 5 of last week then it is best to describe it as 80% increase.  |

I wouldn't be surprised if Noel's single is the cause of this, people might be more interested in Beady Eye too

Not saying Noel couldn't cause extra sales for Beady Eye cause as has been pointed out, Noel refers to Beady Eye as ok, not bad, ... so people might want to check Beady Eye out afterall if Noel says such things. |

An 80% increase would have equated to less than 1,000 extra copies. And I'm pretty sure that increase was due to being on Alan Carr and doing festivals around that time

Noel said in Oasis but he said it again in MOJO.
I think that we heard that Oasis has tried to do TR a few times but they couldn't get it right so it was scrapped.
It could have either benefited from the new way of recording around Liam or they just had a different approach to it. Nobody has said why Oasis weren't able to nail it.

noel made a lot of poor decisions when it came to song choices. the roller would've made a brilliant lead single for HC but noel would've never allowed that. and thank you for the good times a bside?!  |
