i'm pretty satisfied with this video. kinda upsetting noel's barely in it though, but it's to be expected. am i the only one thinking this ?

I thought he'd got this route and I'm glad he did. He hates being in videos...we'll get better ones this way!
I find videos of bands playing boring.
I am really liking it! It's quirky...makes me want to know what the next video is gonna look like. They must be using the same girl in them all. Wonder if they are all done then?

love that its gonna be a saga. I think Noel is smart about video's he doesn't like them but he'll do small roles thats filled clever stories, quirky characters, and solid production. Love that its not just like him and his band playing.

I'm caught in the middle for that. Don't really like videos featuring just bands and I don't like videos featuring none of that  I liked seeing the huge ensemble of characters marching towards the town though. |

Do enjoy the video, better than some efforts in the past. I love storyline videos (as if they are mini-films) so I am going to love following the "storyline" to these.

Yeah, that is awesome...in a strange way The whole thing is rather weird, but unlike BDI videos you really want to watch it till the end. The cliffhanger is a great idea too. |

I'll watch videos of him live to see him play. These are entertaining.
I love that they'll be episodic, as well. Another reason to be excited about singles...we'll get to see the next chapter of the story.

I like it and it fits the mood of the tune. It's not too complicated, is it? Basically leaving the shit place where you've always been to get to something new and exciting.

My money is on the fact that every video will end with a girl going into the carriage.
He said that the single could have been 1 of 4...so they can't be sequential with the same girl otherwise it would have HAD to have been this one.
What do you think?

Good video. Style reminded me of the Falling Down video, but this time Noel was in it slightly more and it actually fit the song! Not the best video regarding Noel, but it's not as bad as some of the shite we have gotten in recent years (FD, LTBL, IOT....)
