The Singles soundtrack came out AFTER The Replacements broke up and actually contained one of his most popular alternative radio hits, "Dyslexic Heart." that's a good song. i like the other song on the soundtrack as well, 'Waiting For Somebody'. Does Paul Westerberg still make music? i know some of the former Replacement members went on to totally different careers, like i think one own's a restaurant now, i might be making that up, i don't know. Man oh man, I am soooo out of the Paul Westerberg loop. I think he had a couple of solo albums within the last four years or so. Check out Amazon. I do know that Boston had a band in the 80s called The Neighborhoods that were a good ass-kicking rock'n'roll band in the same vein as The Replacements. In fact, their singer/guitarist/main songwriter, David Minehan, went on to play in Westerberg's band many years later. If you see a CD of theirs available online called "Reptile Men," I highly recommend it - it's their best. Also, check out the ORIGINAL (not the 1990 version) of the tune, "The Prettiest Girl" that was on Ace Of Hearts records. Classic garage pop.
