What album opening Oasis song do you think is best? ;D

Stuck between RnRs and DYKWIM, I'll have to say the former because DYKWIM is a tad long and RnRS is THE classic Oasis opener.

HELLO.
I'm not choosing the best Oasis song of the openers, (that would probably be RnRS), but I have to choose Hello. That song just says "time to start the album".

I went with D'You Know What I Mean. Yeah, it's too long, but it perfectly establishes what Be Here Now is all about and is just plain cool.
However, Acquiesce, if that had been a choice, would have been the clear winner for me.

This is ridiculously difficult and makes me love Oasis even more.

I have to comment again that Hello is such a badass song. A badass song you can also sing along to. How many songs can you say that about?

That was tough, and I don't have a problem with hindu times. But you'd agree that it's not the best out of all those great songs at least, yeah?

I think it's the best opener. Doesn't mean Hindu Times is the best album though. Should be mentioned that 5 of my top 10 (The Hindu Times are one of those top 10) are from Definitely Maybe album, which might say something about what IMO is their best album.

first song on your debut album being called "Rock N'Roll Star", has to win hands down even though I loved the combo of "Bag It Up" and "The Turning". The DOYS tour opener was RNRS was excellent set opener

This is difficult indeed. RNRS, Hello and DYKWIM are all on the same level...I went for RNRS in the end.

Rock N Roll Star is one of the ultimate Oasis tracks, so first place, followed by either Bag It Up or The Hindu Times.
