So I'm watching the press conference in its entirety...and those of you who were getting up in arms about Noel just calling the BDI album "all right", you should probably calm down because he hasn't even listened to the album properly.

He's only going off his familiarity with the songs from when they were submitted to him while he was in Oasis, and from a few televised live performances he saw on TV.

No need to cause a big commotion over it.

His critique is right on though. "It's alright" is exactly how I would describe it. Noel is the last person who's going to just say the standard "oh its amazing". He's not gonna say that. It's a decent album and that's it. It's not great, and it's not bad.

I got a good chuckle out of him talking about the glowing reviews the press have given it. Saying it's really annoying that they panned Oasis for so long and then give Beady Eye good reviews....probably from lowered expectations.
