Went to see Richard Fearless DJ last night at Stone Love which is a club night in Newcastle. Pretty small venue and was in their early on so went over and had a chat with him. The bloke is cool as fuck and hes right into his music and we talked about our admiration for Kevin Sheilds and My Bloody Valentine. Anyway I had to ask him about the Oasis/Death in Vegas thing and he said they were never producing the album in the first place. They were brought in as just advisors really and to help out on a couple of tracks as Noel wants to change the sound and overall feel of the new oasis record. I asked what the new songs were sounding like and he just said really,really good. He said they've got shitloads of material to choose from.
