I love the sound of that, hopefully it will live up to expectations now.
Anybody think some of these b-sides might be an idea of where the 'sound of Beady Eye' is going. First album was definitely finding the feet, sticking to the old school influences and re-working mainly old material.
These b-sides sound slightly more out there with Liam sounded almost really soulful when singing. Does get me excited that the new album could catch a lot of people off guard and be a mixture of big psychedelic tunes like Wigwam/The Morning Son mixed in with songs similar to WOMR and this new b-side.

This sounds really great. Shows the potential that the boys have as songwriters.

Liam sounded almost really soulful when singing This! It's amazing really! Sooo looking forward to the next album already! Very curious to see what they will make of it. PS/ In an interview for a Belgian radio station they said they already had enough tunes for the album but didn't work on them together yet. Shouldn't take too long

That would be amazing. I think that route is where they have more potential to deliver some killing tunes. They don't do quite as good in the rockier songs, in my opinion. Anyway, ITBWAB ( ;D ) is sounding good! Can't wait to hear the whole thing.

Reminds me of The Rolling Stones or Primal Scream Wild Horses?

The second half of it sounds like (You've Got) The Heart Of A Star.

I wouldn't count out Liam in terms songwriter. From the clip it seems that they retrospective lyrics in a similar vein to Wigwam, the music could have been then developed by Gem & Andy.
This joint songwriting credit system can be a con at times when trying to guess who wrote a song, for example Liam may have wrote the words and basic chords for a tune so its 'his tune' but then its musically been heavily developed by Gem so to the ear it sounds like Gem tune.

Sounds good. I like it I think it's Gem's.

Yeah I'd say Gem as well, TBGO was an Andy song weren't it? Would make sense if the B-Side was Gems.
Soundin promising though...

Unexpectedly pleasant. That little taste is better than half the actual album! Hope this is a sign of things to come

I have a feeling this might end up as another Won't Let You Down. The whole song is 2 min 57 sec long, that isn't much time for any structural development.

Love the instrumental. They should stick to this kind of production. Not that the album production is bad but it feels a little "empty" at times

I expected a Two Of A Kind or Man Of Misery type tune from the title, but this is excellent. I agree, can't wait to hear the full version.

The clip sounds great, WOSMR is my favourite BE tune and this is similar, sounds like The Black Crows to me.

If Noel can do any better acoustic songs than this beast, I'll eat my fuckin' hat! The clip doesn't really do justice to the whole song, I felt shivers down my spine when I heard it properly for the first time.

well from this small clip (huge believer that complete songs is the essence of which we can say something that is substantial)
I think this is a great song. It has a bit of Black Crowes sound in it or something.. like the way he sings it.
Very nice. A excellent song, maybe should of been on the album?
