I'd actually be pretty surprised if there wasn't *anything* used from old material...if he wrote a really great song in 2008 or so, it would be silly to just throw it out.

This is his opportunity to really make a name for himself as an individual, so he needs to get the best songs out there regardless of when it's from.

Thing is he'll probably try and make an "album" again, one that flows well I mean. Like what he did with DOYS and continue to keep some of his great songs for future.

As much as he's a genius, he's definitely a bit nuts and could do with a slap now and then.
