I don't know if anybody here have listened to them though I highley doubt it cause I haven't seen anybody talk about them. anyway they're an awesome experemintal psychedelic rock band I would recommend all of you to get their album The Satanic Satanist it's a great album and deserve more recognition and also their other stuff are good and worth looking for
here's a good song of them that remind me of oasis not their best work though

they're alright. I haven't heard the new album yet but as a band I really think they have so much untapped potential all the ideas in their music are great but just could be focused better i think, but they are a solid band. Now I'm off to give the new album a try to see if they can prove me wrong.

Just listened to the new album and gotta say, it's brilliant as ever BUT the production could've been better.. 'Sleep forever' is still one of the best things i've heard in a long, long while though! |

Old thread, but thought I'd post here rather than create a new one.
Yes, there are PTM fans here. I am one of them. I jumped aboard recently. Evil Friends is a masterpiece. In the Mountain In The Cloud is really great too.
Anyways, their album 'Gloomin + Doomin' was scrapped in favor of a new album 'Woodstock'.
They dropped the first single today. It's pretty good.

Can't say I'm a big fan of the commercial sound of this new album, I'd rather have their classic indie/psych one, but the songs are very good anyway. It reminds a bit of the early Kasabian in a good way. In fact, if I get to compare their recent albums, I think Woodstock is way better than For Crying Out Loud.
