IMO the problem is Bruce's signings have been utter dogshite. I mean, I don't mean any offence and I'm not having a go at you just because you're a Sunderland fan and I'm a Newcastle fan. Most of your best players from last year have been sold or their loan deals are up and what's Bruce has replaced them with isn't good enough. Today's starting line up consisted of 10 Bruce signings. IMO the problem is Bruce and only Bruce. |

So, Ellis Short is the new Sunderland chairman. this may well turn out good, he might be more ruthless than Quinn and kick Steve Bruce out. Since its his 'business' he NEEDS results and if Bruce risks that he wont hesitate to sack him.
Hopefully he'll kick David Miliband out aswell, worst decision ever letting him in.

Norwich 3-1 Swansea Normal service has resumed and we looked a different class to Swansea today. 9th in the table as well, I guess that lack of big names and PL experience in our squad is really starting to show now  |

Blackpool went down because they couldn't defend, had a paper thin squad and a naive, tactically limited manager who didn't know how to close games out. 2 minutes of research would tell you there are almost no comparisons between us and Blackpool last season. I don't think we'll finish top half though, we have a hard run of games at the end of the season 12th-15th. |
