It is believed that Noel Gallagher will release details of his highly anticipated solo album later this month, after his wedding to Sara MacDonald.

The former Oasis guitarist who has already recorded the record in L.A. and filmed a music video for his first single is expected to make an announcement at the end of this month according to insiders close to the star.

A source said: “As soon as his wedding to Sara is out of the way Noel and his label will make an announcement.

“Everyone knows that Noel has finished his record, it’s the worst kept secret in history. Now everyone is just waiting for the man himself to confirm the details and he will either at the end of this month or early July.”

Overall it was disappointing, but I think it was a result of the buildup. Hopefully it doesn't happen with Noel, I don't think it will tho because the album has only been known about for a year or so.

I think Noel's album has nowhere near as much hype or buildup, because really the only people who seem to care about it are Oasis fans.

People only cared about Chinese Democracy because it had been the punchline of a joke for 10 years.

I don't think anyone but GnR fans cared either...other than in a mildly amused "are they still on about this" way
