my brother in law bumped into Marcuss Russel in LA . He said he had been negotiating a deal to release Noel Gallaghers solo album. Didn't say who signed him. He said it wasn't easy convincing the marketing people of the album's commercial potential. Release is set for early next year. Noel is really proud of the album.Marcus said it was probably the most challenging 10 songs he ever released, whatever that means

It wouldn't make sense to wait to release it until early next year. If there is one rumour I believe it's the one which says release will be late this summer, it just makes perfect sense.

makes perfect sense to me to wait untill the beady eye storm is over. The album still needs finishing anyway. But i have no desire to defend my 'story' Proof is on its way from official channels
