The AA report came from a Japanese member of the forum who said they read it in an interview with AA in the Japanese magazine from December 2010...I think.
No online verification, no scans.
I am hoping it is true...and it makes some sense but I don't think it's been reported anywhere else

The Magic Can't Be Right.
Where does this come from? (And why is it so important?^^) Yes! I've been waiting for that to happen

It'll be so sad to see the Oasis tabs basically go dead. Basically, The only time they're used now is for Noel

I think the 'various musicians from Liverpool is also referring to the Sand Band as they are from Liverpool.

This is a good idea. Perhaps this should even be made a sticky and the OP can update it as news comes in? (Also maybe it's time for a Noel Gallagher section, Webby?)

The choir wouldn't bug me all that much, as long as Noel doesn't get too carried away with it. As much as I love the man he does have a penchant for taking things a tad too far at times. 1 or 2 songs at most, just to spice things up a little is fine, then send them on their merry way.

If everyone comments on this thread whenever he/she hears about a rumour or if we get some new information I will update the original post with everything we know

Wasn't there that rumor that Noel was recording strings in, I think, January.
I know it was posted on the board here. Can't remember what the source was.

Also says on the same site:
'Rosie is currently working on several new tracks for Noel's solo album project, due to be released in 2011.'

Also:
'Rosie Danvers is currently in the studio with Noel Gallagher working on songs for his forthcoming, highly anticipated, solo album. The final recordings will take place towards the end of the year.'

If he was doing string overdubs at the end of 2010, you'd have thought the main recording would have been completed, at least for a few tracks. More evidence to suggest it's further on than we thought.
