good to see them again in NME but what a strange relationship!
actually not a lovely one.
if you read NME carefully , you are gonna notice that they finally dont have something good to say about BI n their music.they are trying always to create a negative subject of nothing , Liam said this , Liam said that, that old stuff that its not funny anymore . more about negative gossip than anything about music.
BI give them good sales and NME give BI a promo they really need.n that s it.

He said on Elbow that that's an f'n stupid name like calling your band the chins or the knees, and mentions that Guy Garvey can't be younger than him, Andy and Gem mention that they have good tunes and not to rag on elbow too much and Liam says he was only joking around and he's pretty sure that elbow would slag BDI off too.
Was a good interview. Will try and post more later. The intro music is called "Yellow Tail" and is a Gem tune finished by him and Andy while rehearsing. They have also done World Outside my Room in soundchecks but minus Liam.
