Not really sure but what was going on at that point was some amp issues(or that's what it looked like) so and they had a bit of a break in the playing, and then Liam wandered to the side of the stage to shake hands/talk with some people in the seats(which you can see in the beginning) Maybe to entertain people with witty jokes while they can't play?

By the way, when he began the concert by saying "this is Beady Eye, not Noel Gallagher concert", I think he was actually referring to the height his mic was set. It was set really low, and when he came on stage he looked at it from different sides, in a bit of a theatrical way. You know how he's been referring to Noel as "the little man" can see it here.

He's been doing that more often lately. In Amsterdam he did it during Beatles and Stones. After the line 'I can't be bought or sold' he added 'not like some people' while imagining a little man standing next to him.

My favorite line was about how Noel stole all the stools he sits on and has a collection at home. hahahaha.
