^^I didn't mean to say that hates them in general. But for Oasis, he didn't like double albums. He did say it in multiple interviews. When he talked about a double album he did more as a joke:
“The album’s finished. We recorded it three times. It’s been a major pain in the arse but it’s come out really good. We were going to do a double album, but we don’t want to give Sony too much ‘cos it’s our last one, so fuck ‘em.”

Revolution Song - the unreleased version is beautiful even in it's current form, but could do with some touching up Record Machine - I want the full guitar laden epic version of this. I like the demo form, but it has even more potential. Could use a re-working of some of the lyrics, too. STC - A bit dreary in current form, but good lyrics - and the outro vibe is good. If he can format the outro sound to the entire song, this could be a masterpiece. If There's A God - I know we've only heard a couple seconds of it, but the melody is brilliant. If I Had a Gun - Beautiful ---- ---- I don't really care for God Help Us All. Not my cup of tea. At least not the soundcheck version of it....maybe Noel can rework it so the magic can be right ;-) "If There's A God" is "God Help Us All". Sorry, I meant Everyone On the Run is the one I dislike. I'll correct that now.

Yes! That 18 minute long jam we heard from the Hong Kong soundcheck I believe it was, would be amazing as a polished studio track. Really hope Noel has transformed this into a real song. Imagine if Noel enlisted the help of those Amorphous Androgynous boys again and turned that song into a psychadelic 18 minute monster that would make the version of Champagne Supernova from Budokan sound like a Sesame Street song ![:D](//storage.proboards.com/1258801/images/7QKGdm487eYnX65W8w0g.gif) That would be sick in my opinion, and of course sick in a good way ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png) On a side note: That Falling Down remix by Amorphous Androgynous is really good. The only part that I think is a bit dreadful is the part with the female vocals. Sorry if I offend someone now, but those vocals are atrocious!! Best song of the 22 minute remix is in my opinion is the part with the violin and the echo backward effects on Noels voice. Brilliance in every way. Here's hoping he'll do something like that on his new album as well ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png)

I'm not averse at all to female vocals, they just had no business being on that mix. Minus that, one of the best remixes I've ever heard, absolutely stunning really. My buddy actually did his own mix and took out the female vocals. It is mind blowing.

I'd love to hear your friend's mix, is it online anywhere? On another note, how do people think he'll handle singles and b-sides? We know he's got plenty of songs, so it seems reasonable he'd stick some less current ones on single releases if he can be bothered recording them.

I think he is going to go back to releasing proper b-sides like BDI has. I think we're gonna get a couple per single though because that is generally what he did with Oasis.
Maybe a remix, live version down the road, cover but I think it'll be mostly originals like it was for most of Oasis' career. @ least one per single.

Everybody's on the run for me. This and RM are the most anthemic. I don't think they are the best but are the ones with the most potential.
But fuck man, I just heard all of the unreleased songs and they're just fucking beautiful. His album can turn out to be something special.

He refuses to post it anywhere online, he is a very paranoid individual. I could definitely PM it to you if you'd like, shoot me a message with your email.

I'd fucking love to hear a complete version of the 18min song (the chorus "Hope is In Your Eyes" is brilliant and the solos sounds great). Its really a rocker and it would show how "acoustic" noel's solo would be...! And yeah, the violin part in the FD remix is astonishing. Makes me want a whole song like that! But getting back To the thread subject, I really wanna hear a proper version of STC... I really like that song and I believe it has huge potencial.... Just listen To the hong kong version, Noel's vocals sound so emotional.... Im also hoping for God Help Us All, But I reckon it should only be a filler. A helluva good filler, but thats what I expect from Noel... Im actually not cheering for Record Machine or even Come On Its Alright, cos they were supposed To be sung by Liam, and, althought Noel would do a great job in it, nothing sound better than a Noel Gallagher written song, sung by Liam...

That is how it was referred to in the article that I first heard about it from.

Definitely If I Had A Gun. I have a feeling though that he'll either not release it, or the finished product will be shite. It needs to be as stripped down as possible, as the lack of production is the reason its so good imo

If There's a God, God Help Us All, To Love True Love.. 3 different titles for one song anyone know which is the most likely.. I think If There's a God is too similar to If I Had a Gun in title so I would back the other two

He needs to clean up all those demos and unreleased tracks and turn them into one of a kind Noel B-Sides. I don't want anything we've already heard on this record. Noel is far too good for that. He can't afford to be lazy in any manner with this project.
