Yeah, I've come to that conclusion as well. Perhaps on the odd occasion he stumbles (like when Noel fucked up Spaceman on Live By The Sea gig), the screen can aid in getting him back on track.

No way he used it in the 90s though -- way too coked and boozed up to read any kind of words!
