Of the top 28 players in scoring this season only Davis has a higher fg% than Wade.

What up with Bosh? He's gone back to being total shite after that hot start. Looks like Wade's career will end in a whisper at this rate. Feel bad for him - he's been one of my favorites to watch since I saw him light it up in the playoffs his rookie year.

Feel bad for him - he's been one of my favorites to watch since I saw him light it up in the playoffs his rookie year. He just isnt consistent or agressive as he was to start the season. He's had two games this season w/ only 2 rebounds. That is ridiculous for a C. He's shooting only .465 for the season. He's taking more 3's, so that affects his pct, but he's only shooting .490% from 2 compared to Wade who is shooting .553 on 2 pointers.

I really miss watching T-Mac and AI play. They were just pure offensive killers. T-Mac's 13 points in 35 second is the greatest sports event that I ever saw live (on TV). It stuns me how he just ripped through the Spurs like that. He was my favorite player as a kid. I'll always wonder what could have been but he had a nice run of 5 years of being supremely dominate. Should have been longer and he never should be blamed for not taking his teams past the first round. Dude lifted his game every year in the playoffs. His teams just weak or injured. When he lead the rockets to the second longest winning streak in 2008 (now 3rd) that was kinda of his swan song. Interesting fact Shane Battier was a part of both the 2nd and 3rd longest winning streaks in NBA history. First with the Rockets in 2008 then the Heat in 2013. thelab.bleacherreport.com/tracymcgrady/Here is a real good piece on T Mac from Bleacher Reeport

You reminded me of this with that 13 point in 35 sec thing , Of all these sport records we talk about I got one TJAT i m pretty sure will never be touched Bill moisenko I think did it im not googling just going off memory , I think thsts his name He scored 3 goals in 21 seconds !!!! Don't think that will ever be touched ..... cast i beat you for U i testing facts mate I liked yours btw theres a few records i think are untouchable: ty cobb lifetime avg. & stolen home. cy young wins & complete games. stockton career assists. gretzky career points. rice career recieving yds. OJ season rush yd avg. celtics consecutive titles. wilt MPG season avg (48.2!!!) & 55 rebound game. pele career goals. r.madrid consecutive champs league trophies. don bradman career batting avg... who knows tho?

Yea No doubt. on all counts. Was only referring to individual performance in game ....the 511 wins don't b touched becsuse they base wins different now and the pitching has changed starters won't ever touch 511 wins .....same with Cobb in his day I believe the walk counted to ba. I may be wrong. But anyway he reminded me of that 3 goal in 21 second record ,I. Today's game there is a line change right after 1 goal most every time because the game is more about matching lines now , back then it was more stay out til you dropped , so 3 in 21 seconds by 1 guy. Ucan never see being touched ...but as you said. Who knows Of all the modern day records for a carear I think gretzkys total, point count is safest. He has more assists than anyone has points so I think Stockton , and oj records have much better chance at falling before the great ones.....jmo

So, what is the best candy bar? Snickers Peanut Butter Squared? Yeah, I picked players that aren't injured.....of course, Durantula would be on the starting team if healthy. God bless. Best candy bar ?? The old 100 ,000 dollar bar "........ On topic. Is Rose gonna end up a bust ? Guy is on bench more than on court So far, I'm pretty happy with Rose's progression back. We're a quarter of the way through the season, hard to believe, and other than the hamstring issue at the beginning of the season he's been fine. They've been limiting his minutes and he's slowly starting to look like the old Derrick Rose. He plays a lot smarter now. Not as much taking on three big guys in the middle of the lane. Right now, it's so far so good. And honestly, as long as he's healthy in May, I don't care how many games he plays in December. The Bulls are a playoff team no matter what. And for players like Rose and Wade who have healthy issues, well championships aren't won in November. Those are guys, as long as they're healthy in May, it's a win for their team. And if they have to sit out a few games to do that along the way then so be it.

yeah, cy young ones are safe due to changes in the game. walks counting as hits was pre 1900 and only lasted for a season or two, so cobbs avg is legit. id be surprised if stocktons was eclipsed, but it could happen. emmitt smith career rush yds is also up there. agreed tho that gretzkys is the safest modern day one. pretty outrageous. the wilt record is the one that always gets me tho. 48.2 minutes per game season avg. unbelievable...

Couldn't agree with you more . I knew the walk thing was there just not how long. Cobb was outrageous no doubt Now one thing about wilt. AND I AM PROBABLY TNE BIGGEST WILT FAN ON THIS FORUM ...... IVE SEEN HIM PLAY LIVE at msg. I loved the guy ......his record however has to noted was done when he was the only 7 footer in game ..... Russel was like 6:9 or 610 he had a big advantage there ......not taking anything away from all time ..I consider him the best ever big man ...... But if he had to play Kareem and Walton and there like That came around in the 70 s I don't think he would have averaged the numbers he had He still would have put up ridiculous numbers just not that high ..the minutes per game though. Wow Then again in the 80 s had GRETZKY plsyed in the eastern conference where they played the game much different ( look how bad MARIO got hit back then ) I don't think his numbers would be as high , in the west they never played physical it was wide open hockey ( beautiful more european ) his numbers as well would still be Unreal just not quite S unreal ....

NBA has always been 12min quarters. he just played every minute, plus some OT... he missed 8 minutes for the whole season and that was only due to an ejection.

Wilt coulda played in any era , his mpg just proves his durability and toughness , stats DEFINATLY inflated a bit cause as I said he was pretty much only 7 footer in game TIL Kareem came , George Milan was tall but DONT believ 7 ft , so he did have a desicive edge , if he ever hit free throws , his points would be more absurd

I really hope the Hornets don't trade Lance. They've been injured and this year isn't starting as hoped, but they have potential to be at least a playoff team. If they figure it out in the next year or two, they could contend for home court.
