Liam remains cautious about playing Oasis songs that Beady Eye members wrote in their set.
"Maybe in the future. I doubt it, but we're proud of those (Oasis) songs. Who knows man? At the moment, no way," he says.

It will happen eventually, but they'd be daft to do it this tour or next.

Yeah it took Ian Brown a while to play the Roses stuff.
I reckon BOADC, Betterman, Songbird & TUTS are possible songs to add in the future.

I hope they don't - save them for the inevitable Oasis reunion

Yeah, it just wouldn't be the same without Noel there - even if they were LAG tunes. Save them for a possible reunion, or cast them away as part of Oasis' legacy.

I think it'll take a few tours if it ever happens @ all.
Hope it doesn't. That was always my opinion.

Play LAG Oasis songs, don't see a problem with that. Don't touch the Noel-written stuff.
No different to Noel playing the Oasis songs in his solo sets at the Albert Hall etc?

Because Noel probably agreed to do that before he knew Oasis was going to be over. Gem says that is why he was on stage with Noel. That that had been decided before the split. And Noel hasn't done it since. I hope that he doesn't use the old Oasis songbook either for the record. I hope they all leave Oasis alone. If they get back together that's great...if not we have 16 years of albums, b-sides, bootlegs. That'll do me. Noel left Oasis...Liam left Oasis. They both did. Noel when he left. Liam when he changed the band name and asserted it was a new band.

personally- Im all for them playing Born a diff cloud..songbird and the like
it'll add to the value of the gig..not subtract anything

That'd be great. They should do 3 or 4 at the end during the encore, right before SOTS. The live set could use it, as it is now it seems a bit short. At Glasgow during the encore Liam said "we'd play more songs if we had them." Well, you do. It takes nothing away from who BDI is or what their new songs mean to them and the fans; it would simply be a nice touch.

I could see them eventually playing 1 or 2 - maybe as part of the encore?
But they won't do it until maybe their first stadium gig next summer!!!!

Try telling that to Paul McCartney fans if he didn't play The Beatles, or Roger Waters playing Pink Floyd songs, etc, or Morrissey playing The Smiths....

I'd like to see them playing BOADC, Better Man or GGTIA.... A live version of Eyeball Tickler would also be immense... I wouldn't like to see TUTS or Songbird because I love Noel's backing vocals for those songs, Gem and Andy would never live up to that...
Anyway, I'm purely dreaming but it would be nice if they closed their gigs with Supersonic or C&A as a cover =D

It was amazing. He did a mixture of his solo stuff and Pink Floyd. Actually the majority was Floyd, but that's not the point lol. If it's his music, he should play it. I would love to hear the boys do IOT again. How about "soldier on"? Would be interesting to see how they would do that live.

^^ Totally agreed.
If they want to ignore the LAG Oasis material for the first BDI tour to establish themselves, then fine.
But to me, Eyeball Tickler, Turn Up The Sun, I'm Outta Time, Songbird, BOADC - they all sit so naturally with BDI material in terms of sound and feel.
