If you haven’t heard, Slayer had to cancel their February 27th Sidney, Australia show due to Tom Araya being Hospitalized. The details are unknown as to what he was hospitalized, but they kept him overnight. Jeff Hannemen was recently replaced by Gary Holt for this leg of the tour due to falling ill from a spider bight. The shoiw in particular is Soundwave Festival which has a HUGE line-up.

Some asshole fans are getting pissed, claiming that they spent all sorts of money on tickets and Slayer won’t be there; even going as far as calling Slayer names and slagging them. Some fans are even more pissed because they can’t get a refund. Why can’t they? Well, if Slayer fans tried getting a refund, everyone would try getting a refund. There is like 20+ bands on the roster and Iron Maiden headlining. There is still plenty of bands to go see, but these fucking kids want to be douchebags.

Listen, people get sick and if you are more concerned with your money than you are for the health of the people responsible for the music you love, then you are a worthless human being and don’t deserve the pleasure of the music. Now if a band you went to see canceled at the last minute due to their rediculous tour rider not being complete, then you have every right to be pissed, but don’t be mad when a band member falls ill.

I agree...it's not their band was headlining a festival and then broke up 15 minutes before stage time leaving everyone in a bind...

Or played one leg of a festival went to a football match, singer lost his voice and the other half of the festival engagement had to be cancelled!
