It's hard to judge, for me the last 2 albums have only been saved by noel songs, i think the LAG efforts have been awful. So in that respect i think this album is a 100% improvement on their songs. For me though there's no song of a good Noel quality so can never be ranked higher than an oasis record.

One thing this album and the LAG efforts over the past 3 have really instilled in me more than ever: not just anyone can crank out a plateload of great songs.

And it has nothing to do with theft of genius either, as both Noel and these 3 do their share of lifting now more than ever.
