Was anyone else at the gig last night?
The band were terrific, Liam's voice sounded as good as any time ive seen Oasis live. I thought all of the songs sounded great in a big room too. It was a slightly different crowd than you'd get at an Oasis gig, there seemed to be a pleasant shortage in the idiot department and what i found encouraging was that there were a sizeable number of people too young to have been at Oasis gigs in the 90's, so there are some new followers. All in all a great night, the band seemed to really dig it and Liam was relaxed and happy throughout, even with the sound guys. Much more thumbs up than head shaking! After chants of "beady, beady, beady fuckin eye!" the boys came back amd played Sons of The Stage. I don't remember hearing Wigwam though??

I really hated that 08-09 period. Felt bad for him everytime he opened his mouth... How anyone can say he sounds bad now is beyond me... I think he sounds fuckin' mega, back to his 00' period. He's got that rasp back in his voice so he doesn't sound like he's got a cold everytime he's singing. I know some people say we can't judge his voice by crappy cellphone clips, but at least this is better than nothing.

can't explain why it had been knocking about for so long before being released, it's a cracking tune

Liam's vocal are slightly different to that of his Oasis days. And surprisingly he sounds better. Almost a modern day version of John Lennon. Liam is seriously under-estimated in his delivery and tune of a song. The rest of the band are just seasoned established musicians.
Beady Eye are pure quality.
End of!

Some people can hate it, but The Roller is already a classic! This sounds fuckin ace! ...Don't even get me started on Ian Browns vocals live! Haha, if anyone thinks Liams singing is bad then they really should look at Ian Brown. ...Hahaha! Liam at his worst sounds like Whitney Houston by comparison!

Haven't we learned... A: Not judge how Liam's voice will be on tour by pre-tour, broadcasted gigs B: That he sounds much better live then on recordings of live shows C: It doesn't matter anyway because you and everyone else will be singing the words anyway (give it some time, I bet people will be)

I was there, great gig and atmosphere. Surprised at how many people were singing along, and at the lack of piss being thrown did anybody see Miles Kane? Nearly as good as Beady Eye imo

Fuckin shit! For Anyone sound so terrible.... lowering the key of the song or take it off the setlist! The rest of the songs sounds good, however. Both Liam and the band. But For Anyone.... was a bit sad when I heard the live version from this gig.

Just found this one
Liam's on top form and looking cool as ever, but he did fail on For Anyone indeed.

Generally a good one, though struggling with the long lines in Millionaire and For Anyone is clearly a miss. It sounds to me he can't sing this high and in tune over the guitars - probably they should lower it.

Seems spot on with TMS and SOTS. TBGO and The Roller were good renditions too.
