The new album's leaked, folks, and it's marvellous. Have a look for it.
Or wait until Monday and buy it, the first two tracks alone make it worth parting with a tenner.

its fucking amazing. Maybe my second favorite record of 2011 so far. I know they aren't like a Radiohead type of band but this album blows the new radiohead album out of the water. Its beautiful and well worth the wait. A band at their peak. The opening track is just stunning.

The opening track is just stunning. That song will not be topped this year. It's a masterpiece. Just astonishing.

Listened to it once. My first impression is that it's not as brilliant as Seldom Seen Kid.
But it is a solid record by one of the most talented bands around.
Let's see if my opinion changes with further listenings!

I just had a listen and it's just not my type of music. The songs are a glorious mess but I guess that's what they were going for.

Dear Friends is a pure beauty. Might actually be my favorite track on the album and its up there with some of their best work.

Listened to it once. My first impression is that it's not as brilliant as Seldom Seen Kid. The Seldom Seen Kid is the album by which everything else will be judged, and rightly so, but the good songs on this record stand up to anything from their back catalogue. There's just a little more filler.

Admittedly it's early days but I'm not sure it packs enough punch to get up there with 'Leaders Of the Free World', but once again there's still some stunning songwriting on the album. Best so far this year? At the moment I'd have to still put PJ Harvey and The Boxer Rebellion above it.

I've just got back from their Manchester gig... if you haven't seen them live, or even listened to their back catalogue, then I suggest you make every effort to do so. A band with few peers.

Yep, they completely justify all critical and commercial hype. I find it hard to believe how a band can make such beautiful, poignant music.
