I absolutely love this song! It has a different feel than many Oasis type songs done in the past. Thing is, I can't understand what is being said in the song. Can someone make sense of the lyrics? What is the meaning of the song?
I know I'm not the alone on this one. Discuss.

I to love everything about this track....melody, musicality, vocal quality and is far different to anything oasis would've done....the only thing that let's it down is the lyrics....there nigh on impossible to make out what the fuck is being said (this same problem applies to kasabian & holds them back a little) is there nothing better than singing along to a track you like?.....well I can't as much with this fucker cos I can only make out about 4 words?

If you like Salvador Dali and have ever been to Cadaques the lyrics are brilliant IMHO.

Sweet Cadaqués to Figueres, a 40 minute ride You drive it and I’ll spend it, looking out my window Sweet Salvador, the shadows painted, and the light he saw The way I see it now, so clear Like diamonds on the water
Meddle with me and you meddle with yourself For there is a higher wealth Love me like a millionaire Medals on your proud militia rags You just need to know yourself And love me like a millionaire
Her faded glamour, out of season, as the ages pass Desperate for inspiration as the months run down like rain Sweet Salvador, I stood outside your door And saw the lighthouse shining in the sun The way the light shines off the water
Meddle with me and you meddle with yourself For there is a higher wealth Love me like a millionaire Medals on your proud militia rags You just need to know yourself Love me like a millionaire
Like a lover Like a lover Like a lover
Meddle with me and you meddle with yourself For there is a higher wealth Love me like a millionaire Medals on your proud militia rags You just need to know yourself Love me like a millionaire ...like a millionaire

the lyrics are very artsy (and not because its about Dali), very non-oasis.

Some songs it takes me a while to learn the words. This song is def one of them. I'll have to look up Salvador Dali and Cadaques. Never heard of either tbh.

This is one of my favourite tracks, can imagine it as a single. Love the live version for Radio 1, great tune
