One of the best modern rock bands in my opinion. I saw that some of you already know them - it's a shame their stardom is restricted to central Europe. Their sound is not unlike the early Oasis stuff and the first three albums are full of amazing tunes. Saw them live in 2009 and I hope they're back soon.
Their sixth album is due this year, I believe. I do hope they return to the rock sound instead of going mainstream (which happened on Give me Fire, sadly).

Mando are really popular in Japan and Germany. I really loved their first album, mixture of modern-retro RnR and the motown. I'm not a fan of their latest albums, to me they sound like B-class poppy songs. I've seen them twice, in 2006 and 2009. They started the gig with Sheep Dog when I saw them last time and it nearly got killed me.

I love their first album, and their second album has its moments (God Knows is a grade-A tune), but I think they've kind of gotten away from what made their debut so good.
