Has anyone else ordered the postcards edition and been told its cancelled?? exact words "Order line cancelled. Unable to source item from supplier"  |

same here  I've ordered from hmv only for the postcards and now they cancel my order.it's a shame really... |

I'm the same. Just checked my order but I haven't received an email stating it's been cancelled. I did get an email saying they had dispatched my vinyl LP though.
I just sent them an email to clarify about the CD/DVD as they are still advertising the postcard offer on the HMV site.

Same here! I've cancelled my order! What a shame they don't even send an email regarding the replacement! I'm going to order through CD-Wow now I think, it's cheaper. Or else just BE website.

have seen some folks saying that they had the standard edition cancelled and been replaced with postcards edition. guess we wont know until it arrives!

All our orders were swapped to the hmv exclusive, which includes postcards.
Apologies for the confusion. We understand that it may appear that we're swapping it for the normal version, but rest assured its the exclusive that we'll be sending to all customers.
We see that the order is now cancelled. If you still require the item, please feel free to reorder it via hmv.com

nonono everyone gets the one with postcards, even if you ordered the one without postcards.. they canceled and replaced everyones order

We are sorry to hear of the problem you have had with your order. We can confirm that unfortunately the postcard edition of the item is no longer available from our supplier. I just got a reply from HMV :
Thing is I got an email yesterday morning saying they had sent my order but my account page still says the standard CD/DVD. Guess we'll see when it arrives.
