Is this out yet? Someone said it mentioned in last weeks edition that there would be a review/interview next week.
Mr Monobrow - didn't you have some like for pdf's of magazines?

The front cover has a pic of just Liam on it with the line "Judgement Day For Liam!"

I did, however last weeks copy never appeared and the one before that wasn't upload until the Friday. If I see it, I'll post it.

The fact it's got that cover and headline I'm taking means its getting a favourable review.....would be a bit daft giving Liam the cover, a big interview with all his "rock'n'roll" spheel, and then give the album a 6!

6 or 7 out of ten is a realistic score for the album though.

That wouldn't be strange at all. Was it Heathen Chemistry that one magazine gave 6/10 after having the band on numerous front covers. I wouldn't be surprised if NME absolutely pulverise it.

I don't think they will.
I think the album pleasantly surprised everyone.

They gave the album 7/10. Quite a good little review although differs slightly to my taste. Highlights Bring the Light as the best song on the album, as it is something Oasis would never have released. They say Beatles and Stones is the worst song and also criticise Three Ring Circus. They praise Four Letter Word, Millionaire, Wind Up Dream, For Anyone, Wigwam, The Beat Goes On, and The Morning Son. I say praise they say nice things about those songs.
If I get time on my lunch break I will try and type the review up.

The pictures aren't great I get the feeling they may have been from the session before Christmas. One big one of Liam sticking out his tongue.
The interview is ok some good snippets in there but not as long as I hoped for. To me the Q interview was better but this one doesn't mention the break up that much (from having read it first thing).
For reference they gave the new Radiohead album 7/10 as well but gave that a track by track review as well, which I would have liked to see for the Beady Eye album.
The reviewer says that you can hear that the weight of being Oasis has been lifted, and that that weight made the latter Oasis albums tense listening.
Oh, just remembered he didn't like the Roller either.

meh... not bad, not very good either. fair review imo. as for the radiohead album getting the same rating as DGSS, that's fucked up. Radiohead's album blows, not only that, it's boring as hell.

No reason to be bashing Radiohead. Like I've said before, if you're listening to a Radiohead album for excitement, then you probably shouldn't be listening at all. It would be like listening to a BDI or Oasis album for Dylan like lyrics. As for the review, its an average review. But I'll take it.
