I think ends a bit abruptly but it's better than I thought it would be

I'm convinced that preview was the start of WUD or the song will begin like that. Yeah, I was also thinking that the abrupt ending must be that the two songs merge together, which would be cool. I've always liked that.

Fucking loving this tune, as I have with every single Beady Eye release thus far. Seriously cannot wait for the album.

It's so much better than I expected. This was the worst of the previews, but it's a 7/10 for me.
Nice one, Beady Eye!

I've always liked that. I don't think so. In that finland radio station website we can hear that the song has an ending. It don't appear to flow continuously into the next track.

The outro guitar break of B&S appears to use the same notes from the intro of Four Letter Word. Yeah, it irritated me from the first listen!

Doesn't do much for me except making me want to put on Failure by The La's which isn't too bad since at least that is a good song.

Liked it at first, like it a lot now! This is definitely great for "Filler". It seems like a wonderful tune to play loudly to annoy people. The middle bit and the piano really make it complete.

God, this album's gonna be shit. Not heard anything from them yet that rises above decent. It's already better than HC - sure we haven't heard the belters yet so we can't compare it fully (against the likes of THT, LBL, SB, SCYHO, etc) But we have heard a lot of the potential filler - B&S, BTL (and only, in my books, 2 more filler songs to go in WUD and SOTEOTN). So far, the fillers have been much better than the crap that was loaded onto HC. FLW and TR have also calmed nerves. There's no way DGSS will be as bad or even worse than HC. And that, my dear proclaimed Oasis fan, points to the album not being as shit as you would like to make out.

it's not terrible (in my book) like, say... Bring the Light was ... lol it's just meh.. Like most of you, i wasn't really looking forward to this particular song, actually it was one of -if not- the weakest one of the 30sec clips.
let's put it this way, the song is not total crap but both The Roller AND 4Lw shit all over it. That should tell you how good those 2 songs are.

i like the song, pure old school rock n roll, love the chuck berry beat in the 2nd half of the song, good stuff.
judging from the 6 songs we've heard thus far, i put it ahead of most of the stuff on Heathen Chemistry, SOTSOG, and DOYS, definitely will be the best album Liam, Andy and Gem have played on since at least Don't Believe The Truth, who knows once we hear the rest of the CD it might even surpass that album too. Might be the best album Liam has been on since Be Here Now, since there is nothing they can do now a days that can surpass that album.

I'm on my way home Let's get back for what's mine And when I get home We'll all be alright I'm reading it as: I'm on my way home To get back what's mine And when I get home Well I'll be alright As for the song, it's nice enough. Although I do feel it will be better in the full context of an album, some songs don't stand out as well as individual tracks and I think this is one of them.

I think some people are over analysing these tracks, we're not gonna get Live Forever or DLBIA so decent is probably the right level. Take it for what it is.....a decent filler that gets you moving and can sing along too.. +1 It's an album track. It's Hey Now. Who the fuck cares about that track? It's *another* good BDI song - and if that's the worst it's gonna get, we're in great shape for this album.

Me personally I hate that when almost every BDI song comes out, the regular line comes out: "well this track has to be in the lower third of the album." 9 songs are left to be released, and the chances of of more than 6 being really good isnt that large. So every song that we add to the "this song okay, maybe good. Is 1 less song that has a chance to be great. Down to 9 now. So no, its not over analyzing.

Personally, I'm really digging this song. With this being released and Bring The Light slowly growing on me, I can honestly say I love every Beady Eye song so far. Something I didn't think I'd say a little while ago. Good stuff.

Im not really feeling it. I agree its more of a filler.. Looking forward to the album "Filler" is harsh... it's just an album track like every band has, no matter how classic the album (Digsy's Dinner, Hey Now, I Hope I Think I Know etc). What it AIN'T is crap like Force of Nature, I Can See A Liar, etc. This song could not hold a candle to any of those songs. Hey Now! a filler? what are you on drugs?

Decent filler type tune, not the worst, first half is pretty good but repetative. But for a filler song i'm happy with it, i wouldnt press fast forward the second this came on
