I disagree. As long as the quality of the songs are about the same, there's no difference. You get the same adrenaline rush from watching it download than you do from unwrapping the plastic.

The best part of the whole entire thing is discussing the album and individual songs with people who are just as passionate as you are. That's the entire point of this forum, and I won't let an 'official' release date ruin that fun for me.

I don't know why ProBoards are so worried about a forum like this, full of hardcores, where everyone will probably buy 2 different versions of the album.

I think they should concentrate their efforts elsewhere, like on forums people use expressly for sharing pirated material.
