just heard that Virgin Radio have said Songbird will be the 4th single from HC and not Hung In A Bad Place which has been widely expected to be.
Pure gossip though, might not even be a 4th single

Oasis's next single will be Songbird, PS can reveal. Out in January, it's the fourth single from Heathen Chemistry - and the first of Oasis's 20 singles not to be written by Noel Gallagher. Songbird is written by Liam Gallagher, whose only previous single-writing credit was on Love Me And Leave Me by Seahorses in 1997.

i would`ve liked to have seen Born On a Diffferent Cloud as a b-side on The Hindu Times, but i think the 4th single from an album should contain some new material. Its not really fair to expect fans to buy another single which does`nt have anything new to offer
