I was on Ticketmaster looking for something else, but decided to type in Beady Eye just to see, and low and behold, they have listing and a short bio of the band.
Apparently they know something is coming that we don't?!?!?

Pretty sure they have entries for every "major" band. They have an entry for Blur and I doubt they're touring American any time soon.

I'm hoping that they announce some sort of small tour of North America, Montreal as a lot of Oasis fans. Do you guys know if the album will be coming out in North America

^The album is being released internationally via Sony.
I know that Ticketmaster keeps bios for major acts, but Beady Eye isn't even a blip on the radar in America yet, outside of forums like these. They wouldn't waste the time setting it up if they weren't getting information with regards to a possible tour.

I keep checking the 930 Club Website - not only for bands I may be inclined to see, but also for the hope BDI will appear there one day! Come on, Liam - you know it makes sense

I don't think they want to come all the way there just to play in front of an half full club! Sorry, guys

They also have pages for: Kula Shaker, Smith Westerns, Tennis, and Noel Gallagher. Even small acts get pages and, remember, Ticketmaster's UK site sells tickets for Beady Eye so that's probably why they have a page up. A US tour is possible and something that should happen, but them having a ticketmaster page means nothing.

Why wouldnt they come? If they are serious about this band they're gonna try to expand well outside the UK. There are enough fans in the US that know of Beady Eye via Oasis to fill up the smaller venues.
I'd be surprised if they come over here and dont try to do a late night show.

Fallon will book them. He loves Oasis and Liam. Liam was supposed to be on Fallon to promote Pretty Green and had to cancel.

I can't imagine them not giving it a shot. And honestly I think that Liam is gonna give it a harder try than he did with Oasis when they debuted. But I think they'll do it second after they have already solidified in the UK.
Compared to the average up-and-coming band to get signed BDI seem like a safe bet to me. I can't see why they would be unable to get a distribution deal if they wanted one.

if BDI play in the united states they'll probably only play in major cities like new york, chicago and los angeles.

A few small gigs but I can't see them touring it as extensively as oasis. I expect the only Irish date will be something like Oxegen.

They could totally slot some in between their Euro shows in March and Japan shows in May.

They could totally slot some in between their Euro shows in March and Japan shows in May. I think they will: it would be strange to have a month off after only a handful of gigs in march. They'll probably want to do the European summer festivals as well.

I was thinking... now don't jump down my throat... wouldn't it be smart for BE to open for a American band ( a good one) like the Kings of Leon.. or dare I say it Pearl Jam? (I know, I know, but maybe Nicole can convince Liam ) Bands don't really need a record company these days, I presume BE doesn't have a NA one since their album is listed on Amazon as a import. Fans of these bands I would think would be into something like Beady Eye, it would be a good way to get their names out in North America. But something tells me, they wouldn't be into it...

if beady eye does headline, they'll be playing at pretty small venues (1000-2000 people). i can see them as an opening act for a bigger band, though.

Kings of Leon suck fucking ass, I hope they dont open for them. And they'd definitely be playing smaller shows, probably 500-700 people.

With Liam confirming on KEXP today that they'd be in the U.S. in June, I wonder if that means May/early June between their Japan Dates and Isle of Wight or just that 2 week window in June between Isle of Wight and Rock Werchter. I'm really hoping for May otherwise I think we're looking at a short tour.

I can see them doing a small tour, just hitting the major cities on the coast and seeing how they get received, and then coming back later in the year to do those cities again and expand a little and hit some of the smaller ones.
