That's some pretty interesting read. I can't wait to hear the jam at the end of Wigwam!

This is the kind of interviews Liam should be doing; he sounds honest and excited without falling into hyperbole.

Man, this sounds brilliant. Can't wait to hear this tune. I'm pretty amped for The Morning Son but now this one may have taken it's place on the excitability factor for me. "Resurrection" is one of the greatest songs of all time, in my opinion, and so if there truly is a jam that is Resurrection-ish/like, I'll be pretty damn impressed.

Let's hope it's not exactly like Resurrection ;D

I really feel TBWTL could have headed in that direction - look at how Noel bashes out the outro to that one live. TBWTL had potential to be so much better than what ended up on the studio version (which is still a solid effort, but we have so many examples - remixes and live performances - of what it could have become).

To be honest, the concerts of the Dig Out Your Soul tour really was like "on-rails" performances. The band where like robots to be honest. Always playing the same stuff, and never really improvised during the solos. In short, they didn't seem to have a lot of fun. This is one of my high hopes of Beady Eye. I really want to see Gem and Andy set free and doing all sorts of cool stuff on the stage with their guitars. Imagine a prolonged version of the solo in Four Letter Word (The solo is so cool, but far to short in my opinion )

The versions of the songs were often great, but they seemed to have a really bad time and just wanted to get it over with. And of course that wasn't Noel's idea, that's just who they are and I wouldn't expect anything different with Beady Eye.

How so? It was mentioned in numerous interviews that they were "set free" after Noel's departure and were really enjoying the sessions. They're having a lot of fun and I hope they do on stage.

Are we supposed to read out of this, that Sharrock contributed to the songwriting? I wonder if he wrote Four Letter Word and its about Robbie Williams after all?
