FORGET horses and dogs, nowadays punters are putting their money on a variety of weird and wonderful wagers.

Bookies are offering odds of 50/1 that Michael Jackson's infamous nose will fall off in 2003.

The same odds apply to Elton John and long-time partner David Furnish finally getting hitched.

Meanwhile, tough guy Liam Gallagher's odds of doing time are set at 4/1, with a break-up of his band Oasis apparently imminent at 2/1.
