Yeah, he's legit. Last thing he nailed was that the tour started in March, plus a few things before like Noel working with Miles Kane, and what he said about the bass player "touring with another high-profile band" when we still didn't know it was Jeff.

Last thing he nailed was that the tour started in March, plus a few things before like Noel working with Miles Kane, and what he said about the bass player "touring with another high-profile band" when we still didn't know it was Jeff. If he seems legit them i am intrigued. I didn't think that Beady Eye would be releasing anything soon but maybe they well.
The most likely solution is that they are getting stuff ready early for a January release so they don't have stuff to be doing over Christmas.

Well BTL was released about 3 weeks after the video was shot right? I really doubt it will be released around Christmastime, so it's looking good for early January.

I give up guessing Liam & BE next move, after SOTS snippet being released before the single & then announcing a tour. Nobody guessed we'd have all this from them by December!

I reckon it'll only be two, three is a very tight squeeze if album is out in the rumoured late Feb. Not sure if Standing On The Edge..... will be the single, depends if its single material but he definitely favours that song or things its gonna be a hit with the twitter post etc. |

^^Yeah 3 is a really tight squeeze. Unless they tried to release one for the Christmas single and then one in early Feb. I think 2 makes for sense than 3. Mainly because, once the album comes out they're gonna have to promote it more by releasing more singles. Usually its standard to release 3 all together. That's about 5 or 6 songs as singles if you total them up and don't think that will have an album with more than 12 tracks. 13 at the most.

News doesn't surprise me. The general consensus has been that the first (or second) single, whichever way you want to call it, would be out in early-mid January, which means that they have to get the video started soon. Since the BTL video was so, I am going to use the words cheap...but I don't mean it in a derogatory way, I am hoping for a bigger production for the second single.
Not revelationary news...but nice for those who care. Not me personally. I am not that interested in news of a purely administrative type. To bad he couldn't have given us a hint about the concept or something.
My guess is we have 6-7 week before the next single drops....in the mean time I am going to assume that the BDI camp will constantly be doing something to prepare...
