On the image of the vinyl that's going around it has the address of Beady Eye Records Ltd which is:

PO Box 29479
London
NW1 6GG

Which is the address used for Big Brother Records.

So either it is a part of Big Brother or Big Brother is no more and Beady Eye Records have taken over the office space.

Most likely they took over some office space. Big Brother may or may not be gone. Maybe it's just scaled down significantly considering their only band is defuct and they are just sharing office space until BDI Records get on their feet.

After all...BDI records have just finished paying for the production of a whole album and don't have any significant revenue stream. They must be watching their pennies. And I'm sure quite a few BB personel moved to BDI.

What possible benefit could BDI records get for being a subsidiary company to Big Brother? They will still have to sign distribution deals because BB wasn't a stand-alone company.

Nope. Just checked on Companies House and Beady Eye Records was incorporated as a new company on 20/10/2010.

Big Brother Recordings is still active (and was incorporated on 15/12/1999).

Both are registered to the same address in Baker Street, however.

Not necessarily. Oasisnet is owned by BB and Liam is still a major owner in it. They could be doing it for that reason. Plus they needed away to disperse news before the launch.

They have small updates since the launch but they are primarily using beadyeyemusic since it launched.

Oasis are gone according to all the players involved. They may reunite...but for now they are dead.
