With plenty of the so called "britpop" bands (as shown above) have released a Singles Collection/Greatest Hits/Best Of etc: which do you consider to be the best one to give an overview of that bands career?

Despite being a massive Oasis fan, I have to lean towards Forever Delayed by the Manics as I feel that it's a better career overview than either Time Flies or Stop The Clocks. What's yours?

I did wonder about whether to stick the two Oasis ones on but then I thought I would. Because, despite everything, I feel they both lack a little something to make them a proper anthology kind of thing.

That's why I went for the Manics. I feel it is like a complete cover of what it was meant to be covering

Of course it's harder to create a career overview of Oasis, because nearly ALL of their songs are nothing short of fantastic (including the b-sides). So it's obviously harder to choose the best songs than with all those other bands stated above, who only have a couple of good songs.

No reason to state which one. The Oasis ones totally pwns the other ones anyway, though for me The Verve is second and Blur 3rd (even though I think Blur's a better band than The Verve... it's just the fact that the best of includes all the later quite bad songs of the two latest albums).
