Personally my favorite is the choir bit @ the end. The only thing that really surprised me during the tune.
Not saying that I expected this tune from LAG, but once it started to song was pretty predictable.
What about you guys?
Can we try and stay away from the super negativity? Comments like "the end" are not appreciated.
I accept that it isn't the most loved song ever looking @ comments...but everyone must like @ least one small time of it. The piano, the guitar, Liams voice, etc.

The backing vocal by the girls is NICE. Liam's voice is sounding really awesome. Gem's parts are mint.

I would agree the backing vocals. Its probably the best part of the song. (which kinda says something in its own way if you get me)

The song is pretty good in that the little piano beat with actually probably be in my head for a while. The lyrics are admittedly bad. Real simple words, but then again, I don't think it was ever really intended to have thought provoking lyrics. This is Liam's (I'm assuming this is Liam's, or maybe Liam and Gem) attempt at his usual rocker with a bit of a shout out to the old school piano rock, and I think it caught the feel pretty damn well.
Oh and much better with some good headphones.

I don't like the song. I like the sound and what they were going for, I just don't feel it was executed well. The one part of the song I do enjoy is the quieter bit about 2/3rds through where Liam just repeats "c'mon c'mon c'mon".
There's just something off about the rest to me...i dunno. Hoping it grows over time, but that would require me listening more and I dunno if I'm prepared to do that.

In a thread called "Favorite feature of BTL" yeah...a little positivity couldn't go amiss. Her comment about the song was postive. It was her comment about the board that was negative. Why must everyone always feel the need to post something negative...even when they are expressing something positive. |

the inflection of the melody on drinks/drinking in the opening verse (forget the exact lyric as i've only listened 3 times, but that was the only thing that's stood out so far).
really looking forward to this album now though. and it's not because the song is blindingly good (hah-- quite the opposite). i'm just genuinely curious how they'll make a whole album of songs between the 3 of them that don't end up all sounding too same-y.

Listening to it now again. There's quite a bit going on in this track, that's what I really like about it. Good liam vocals, backing vocals, piano driven, good guitar bits. It really does sound awesome.
