If u compare oasis to this 1st tune then u will be disappointed, I for one quite like the tune and can see it in commercials and movie soundtracks, kinda like a fatboy slim track in a way. Cheers.

Even if I don't compare it to oasis, this is not a song I would be amazed to hear on the radio. There is much worse music atm, but I just won't listen to this if I can listen to Oasis.

Completely forgettable.
There's a band out there doing this kind of music right now and they're doing it 1000x better - Jim Jones Revue.

Just posted this in the other thread but I suppose I'll leave it here as well:
Honestly, I think I would kind of dig it. At the very least I would be intrigued and very interested into who made it. Think about it, when do you hear stuff like this these days? I really think I would go home and try to find who the song is by and what their other stuff sounds like. Maybe this kind of reaction is what they're going for.

I'm posting the same thing here as well
I would be interested in it, but I'd probably forget about it after 5 minutes. Its not something that would be just burning in my head for my to download or find out more about. I'd be slightly amussed for about 4 minutes and then totally forget it.

i wouldn't be interested in it, maybe i would think "man, that lead singer has some potential" lol you know, with the right kind of tunes. it's just not my cup of tea, i am not into Elvis or Jerry Lee Lewis. I like some stuff from the 60's and the 70's but this isn't it. i like the riff from the 20sec clip and i hope the actual single is released very soon. I know it isn't Oasis but man... i am just disappointed. I think Man of Misery is better than this, i even like Boy with The Blues and Soldier On better than this.

I like the song its fast and rocking and TBH there are not many decent new bands out at the moment so would definitley follow up to see what the album sounds like.

I think that I'm with spaneli on this one.
I'd listen to it, think that is interesting, but it wouldn't come back to me 5 hours later when I was sitting @ my computer.
There are bands out there doing piano driven pop better right now and it pales in comparison.
But the fact is that anyone that goes looking for the BDI album off the back of liking this song is bound to be disappointed. The piano player isn't even part of the band. The rest of the album is most likely not going to be anything like this.
