i imagine it will be sony, oasis signed a deal with them, and that would have clauses that covered solo/new band material should the band split

One of the fake beady eye videos on youtube was removed by a small label called Play It Again Sam, or PIAS. They released Tim Burgess' solo album in 2003, but i very much doubt that 'our' Beady Eye have signed with them

Anyway, a prime example of record companies making artist see out contracts when they split it the libertines, when they split they still had 2 albums left on the deal, the doherty and barat had to honour the contract. Anyway, we shall see, but i would expect the band to be with sony bmg

Big Brother is Independent to Sony. Oasis could have signed the distribution deal with any label but went back to Sony. That's why Universal distribute Lord Don't Slow Me Down.

At the time I had a Dutch Oasis website, and had some contact with one of the people who works there, because they owned some sort of rights of Oasis. I could try to figure it out via that person. I believe I still have his email address. It could very well be true that PIAS will become Beady Eyes new label. I keep you updated. Meanwhile, anyone else has an idea? And could it be true that because of they are not signed on a label yet (if so), that is the reason why we don't hear anything yet from Beady Eye? ...

That's why they had to sign a contract for Sony to distribute the DOYS. Big Brother was set up by Liam & Noel with their management team Ignition Management and has offices in central London

I'd imagine Big Brother. Liam owns as much of that label as Noel does. He'd be a moron not to take advantage.
If he intentionally puts this new band under the direct control of a large music label just to spite Noel...he is dumber than I thought.
More interestingly...do you guys think that Noel will sign to Big Brother or his personal label Sour Mash?

www.sonymusic.co.uk/company_news.php/9575/SONY BMG MUSIC ENTERTAINMENT UK today announced a groundbreaking new deal with OASIS and the band's own independent label Big Brother Recordings for the release of their next three albums and the distribution and marketing of their extensive catalogue. The deal - a first of this magnitude - creates a unique structure whereby OASIS release both their new recordings and entire catalogue through Big Brother in all major markets worldwide under a profit share[/i] arrangement with SONY BMG.
