Could this be the date of the radio debut, then? If latin is a dead language -- how do you say a modern word like radio? Are you supposed to use pre-existing latin words? Or would you just use the modern word? Maybe "ghosts" refers to radio or internet. Anyway -- Yay! Seems promising!

Apparently something about the conjugation means that the 'ghosts' or 'spirits' are the things that are going to act. So it probably wouldn't be meaning radio when it says ghosts. I think that we are stretching it a bit here. Hopefully it means that we will be hearing if not being able to buy a single by the end of the month.

You could make it say something like "The MESSAGES/SONGS of the ghosts..." or whatever, which would imply radio, but the Riddler decided not to go that route. And yes, the endings - declensions - indicate how the nouns are used - Nominative, Dative, Accusative, Ablative, etc along with the 3 verb conjugations. Nice to see my 6 years of Latin haven't gone to waste!

I was actually thinking that Halloween (if that's what "lemures" refers to) could be the airplay date, but that's probably just as likely

Wow, I think I only just realized what Theriddler probably really meant with "lemures addo magnus novus". She didn't mean Halloween, but "All Saints Day" (which was today, November the 1st) or even more probably "All Souls Day" (which is tomorrow, November the 2nd) Whether she meant there will be an announcement around that time, or on that day precisely, I don't know. And of course the date is more or less the same as the one from "Halloween". But this means that there is a good chance that we'll have the news tomorrow!!!

She probably meant tomorrow actually which might of meant ''read between the lines''.
