Can't wait. At least it's moving forward now. Wonder what Steve Lillywhite's production will sound like on it - can't help but think Oasis missed a trick by not hiring this legendary producer. Yeah Lillywhite has real potential to turn an album into a masterpiece. Dave Sardy never quite cut it for me (IMO). |

I thought it was flat, dull, unambitious... not criticising his work on Don't Believe The Truth but much of Dig Out Your Soul was. It just seemed to lack bite. |

this is just an estimate, but i think this is how the single news will be planned out:
Mon Nov 1 - we get an official announcement of the single
Mon Nov 8 - the radio debut of the single
Thursday Nov 18 - The TV premier of the music video
Sunday Nov 28 - the physical release of the single

Hype!!! Damn I can't wait to hear this. I may be more excited than I would be for an Oasis single just because we really have no idea what to expect here. Also, if anybody thought some of the first information we would be getting about Beady Eye would be from a dancer on twitter, my hats off to you.  |

Hmmm I would ask maybe to compare it to an Oasis song but she likely wouldn't.... Plus, many of us will think one song is amazing, while others think the song is pure crap. I say ask her what her favorite Oasis songs were. If she says MG era songs, for example, then we get the idea it could sound like that, since she really likes this one. I'd say its worth a subtle shot. |

Seems an interesting development. I get the impression the video and single will tell us alot about how much control Noel had over the band. Maybe the video will show them being a little less serious and having a bit more fun.

I am encourage that Georgia says the song is good...but then again she has even more reason to be positive about the music than the guys from Kasabian. It would probably be a pretty bad career move to insult the people that hire you.
And if she is the kind of person that likes alot of what is mainstream you guys may hate it...even if she likes it.
I am pretty sure that she would grit her teeth and say she loved it regardless of what she thought.
