Here's hoping we hear something this week.
I'm tired of looking up Oasis news and finding Noel interviewed on talkSPORT... which questions his decision making as that station is without doubt the worst radio station on the radio. Oh yeah, you can take that to the bank. Terrible. Full of beer bellied thickos who talk shite about football.... I mean, who the fuck does Andy Goldstein think he is. He's a cockney tosser who supports Manchester United?!?!? And then there's that twat Adrian Durham - don't get me started on him!!! Can't believe these folk actually get paid for spouting crap.
I quite frankly couldn't give a toss what Noel thinks football wise - it's boring and that's all we've heard from him the past year. And I'm a football fan so it's nothing anti-football. Maybe if he went on Five Live and talked to folk like Mark Pougatch, Lawro, Shearer and chums who give a decent football debate then I would maybe be interested in what he has to say. I want to hear his opinions on music and what his future in music is!

i love reading these kinds of rants, especially if it's from a brit lol. they're really entertaining(no offense tho).
but yeah i agree with you. Only actual/official news we've gotten is the website going live and that was like 2/3 days ago.
time to make an announcement, either date of release for the single, how many b sides, names, international(US) release plans, etc etc etc...

I dont know much about the programming in the UK, but I do know that if you're a musician (in the US or otherwise), and you're doing more shows unrelated to music than not, there's something wrong. |

I care even less than you about Noels opinions about football but I like the Talksport interviews. Mostly cause of the ask Noel portions. Would be nice if they'd talk about music...but I'm guess it's a prereq that he doesn't ask. I am hoping Noel continues because eventually he may mention that he's getting a bit sick of being bored and is looking towards the next thing. Also I like that Noel does random bits of radio...it makes him seem that little more accessible. Can't wait for him to start randomly popping up on the Russell Brand show again if that starts up again on Sirius |

Obviously the 22nd could have just been a random date that recordstore put on that test page for the sake of it?  I do think we'll get something concrete in the next few days though ;D |
