I know it's along shot but do you think the new single could be played tonight on that Oasis special? My reason for this is with the single rumoured now to be released as early as the 15th of this month, they surely need to either play it tonight or tomorrow!

I'm sorry to say there's no chance, Absolute radio is an attention seeking slut of a radio station & they'd have promoted the fuck out of it if they were gonna play it

As I said, it's a definite long shot but I reckon there is a slight chance, maybe even a different snippet from the single, we will be probably get nothing but with the single so close to being released, I'm optimistic.

I remember reading about that. I suppose Beady Eye are new and there's maybe not as many people involved as with Oasis, that could be why we've had very little?  |

It was terrible, most of it was their jury type spin on it all & took up most of the airtime of the show, was piss poor

Just gotta decide how I gamble this. Downloading it might be slow, the site might crash, radio's might not play it and having both open on my laptop will slow it down. hmmm... |

Surely your laptop can handle both downloading a 5mb mp3 file and an audio stream of less than 100 kbps?  Anyhow, I will download it as soon as I can, but it's always a bit more special if you hear a song you like on the radio. Can't wait |
