Don't hold me to this. But it has come from two sources. Both of whom have got the information from U2 production crew. This information is currently doing the rounds on several U2 sites. Nov 2010 - new release (possible live dvd from current european tour) Mar 2011 - new album (Songs Of The Ascent is the current working title. Songs so far include Glastonbury, Stingray Guitar, North Star, Every Breaking Wave. Aug 2011 - worldtour to end in Europe. Last date of the whole tour to be in Belfast.  |

South America, bastards.. Now! Don't get why they're taking it too long to announce dates here. If they don't come I'll be extremly pissed. Can't die (or the band end) before I go to an U2 concert  |

I will see if i can dig out some information for U2 on South America. |

Obviously because of the cancelled USA tour these dates never came to be alive. Watch this space! U2 will play South America next year. Probably April!  If im wrong, then i will be the first person to hold my hand up. U2 are currently on a European tour. No UK dates this year! Next year, rumoured is the long awaited Glastonbury set. Plus a show of dates in major UK cities. The Dublin show will not be at Croke Park (rumoured venue is Aviva Stadium Dublin). Last show of this whole tour is to be in Belfast. Watch out for a new album, and confirmed news of UK dates for next year!!!! |

holy fuck! I just read on RS Argentina they're coming on March 31 and because River Plate stadium can no longer host concerts (long story...) they're playing in the stadium in the city WHERE I LIVE! and I'm not even that big of a fan. but holy shit this is huge edit: now they're saying on th radio the organizers will do everything they can to make it happen in River... that makes more sense  |
